Speed Limit 15...

..."Rainbow Crossing"There's actually two rainbows - not sure if you can see the fainter one above the regular one. There's also a speed limit sign that you probably cannot see because its too dark - located on the bottom middle of picture. Photo taken at the uni.

Hi again! Passante of http://capitalphotos.blogspot.com/ has been kind enough to leave the following tutorial in my comment box. Trust you'll find it helpful :)----->

Nicholas, when you turn a color photograph into black and white in Photoshop, try using the individual channels or the channel mixer. Desaturating or simply changing the mode to grayscale is not very satisfactory because you lose the subtle gradations of gray and often end up with a rather flat image. If you're interested, there is a good tutorial at http://www.photoshopsupport.com/tutorials/
or/black-and-white.html.

I do love a good rainbow, always makes you feel like a kid.
I found another rainbow at: http://chris-shots.blogspot.com/2006/05/plein-est-niois.html
I would like him to join the DP so if we could all encourage him we could get some great photos of Nice and Cannes
