Hey Nic! We almost had to stay here when Waikiki Marriott unbooked our room! Guess it would have been ok...from the looks of it, I'll give it a 9.5, LOL! (=

Great Flickr gallery too...were you attending that sweet couple's wedding by any chance or were they just so overjoyed by love & champagne that they let you snap their picture! And just what is going on in that hammock? ;-)

Hi - the resort is fairly expensive - about $200 per night depending on whether you choose the mountain or ocean view. I've stayed at this place several times and its really beautiful.

There was a couple relaxing in the hammock.

thanks for stoppin by =)

You have some beautiful night shots here. This one is so colorful and the clouds give it a dramatic flair. I also really like the full moon below.

Kala, I echo Natalie's remarks, and want to know how you approached this shot. Did you shoot in RAW? Did you manually adjust your camera, or leave it on some auto setting? Very nice composition!

That is an amazingly beautiful photo. HOw did you manage it without many people? I can't imagine that everyone near by would also be admiring the view.
