A photographic journal of images from O'ahu by Dana, Jamie and Kala! =)
Pictures are all taken during the course of my activities such as paddling, surfing, hiking, mountain biking, snorkeling, kayaking, stand-up paddling, rock climbing, archery, skeet shooting, and soon diving - due to my schedule, some postings are done in advanced and posted automatically by blogger on the dates specified. If you have any suggestions, comments, etc for photos you would like me to take, do not hesitate to let me know - enjoy and thanks for stoppin by - Live, Love, Laugh and share the ALOHA!

Scavenger hunt...
For those of you who have been to the island of O'ahu, try to name/locate as many places as you can - i.e. Natatorium, Royal Hawaiian Hotel, Moana Surf Rider, La Pietra School, Kapi'olani Park, Waikiki Shell, Magic Island, Waikiki Beach =)
Can't name one but I don't mind, I'll discover it all the day I turn up. Is it true that the pineapple fields I remember as being everywhere are disappearing fast?
Oh gosh. I was there as a senior in high school with my parents, and I don't think I even paid attention. I think I can see the Royal Hawaiian. Pink, right? And I see Waikiki Beach!
The more I look at your pics the more I think Hawaii is a wonderful and exciting place! ;) It's beautiful and sunny! Everything looks so grey around here!
I've learnt more about Hawaii on your blog than I ever knew (except for Hawaii 5-0!) I see rain clouds massing and everything's so green so I'm guessing you get a fair amount of rain.. Angela
@Nathalie: Alot of Pineapple fields are disappearing - agricultural lands being displaced for coffee and residential purposes, but they still do exists
@Ruth: Yes, you got good eyes =)
@Angela: On certain parts of the island, theres more rain, but where I live we get little rain. Last year we had some serious record rains but this winter, we've had very little.
Hello ! First, sorry for my bad english... Pierre, from "Venice daily photo", told me that you explained in a post, few months ago, how to change the template on Blogger so as to put larger pictures on it. I'm very much interested in this possibility. Could you please tell me where is this post ? THANKS A LOT! Beautiful blog btw, I'll be back often ;-)
@Felicia: Photo taken along the Diamond Head Ridge =)
@Eclectic: hmm I actually do not remember which post it was but if you look click on the "edit html" tab, change the 400 to 1600 and add the dimension: width="size of the pic you wish to display". For example: width="800" Let me know if this helps.
