The number for Hawaii is pretty high considering that Hawaii ranks number 42 in US population. Hawaii should be where Maine is...

This is just incredible. can't believe the numbers are so low in dakota, Wyoming and Vermont - and yes the figures for Hawaii are scaringly high. Thanks for bringing those figures to us!
