Officer Steve Favela
Today (Friday), Officer Steve Favela's body was laid to rest at Mililani Cemetary. A funeral procession carrying the remains of Officer Favela passes by the Honolulu Police Department. He died from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident while escorting President Bush's party at Hickam Air Force Base.

Sigh~ Always sad to lose a peace officer in the line of duty...my heart goes out to his family & friends...=(

He obviously was honored by many!
it is of course noble to die on duty.. let's just say irrelevant of kind of duty..
