Dangerous shorebreak indeed. We sometimes get the same sort of conditions on 'our' beach - I find it scary.

It's a lovely scene and wonderful activity.
This is an amazing photo with the people inside the waves, others running toward shore, etc. Looks like a fun, happy scene that could turn tragic at any moment. I'm glad it didn't.
I am glad no one got hurt but I think they were fools to ignore the warning signs!
Wow, what planet are they from that they would take their kids out there in November? They are pretty lucky...
