Playing with Fire
While my family was playing with sparkers on the 4th of July, I was taking pictures. Good thing too ...
because I captured this really amazing image.
I'd like to dedicate it to the late, Johnny Cash in memory of his song titled "Ring of Fire".
And well, since this is supposed to be a photo blog about Honolulu (not Johnny Cash, Rings of Fire, or sparklers) ... here's a picture of the Honolulu Skyline at sunset. Click on the photo - because the full size image is much more impressive.
WOW - the colors just come out like a crazy artwork on steroids - I think this might be my favorite foto of the eighty some pics thats been posted thus far!
ReplyDeleteI love the city lights view in the sunset pic as well.
How do I even follow up with a post like this! Two awesome photos - a great way to start the weekend!
haahaha I just listened to Ring of Fire and its actually pretty good - I didnt think you liked country and I didnt even know Johnny Cash died =(

ReplyDeleteI can never manage to take photo of fireworks, all I get is darkness with a blotches of light.
Also very nice panoramic view.
The Honolulu skyline is wonderful. And, since the sparklers and the picture were in Honolulu, of course it's an appropriate picture for the blog. You know, we can get too hung up on rules!!
