Vog, Haze, and blue oceans
As the trade winds change so does the weather, and in the last couple of days, we have seen a dramatic absence of trade winds causing higher than normal haze in the sky as the "Kona" weather hits the islands. Nevertheless, it was still a beautiful day considering the snow storms on the East Coast! This photo was taken at around 3 PM along the mountains near Lanikai. The photo for tomorrow shows a contrast in weather and scenery.
This is a beautiful photograph. And to think about the steps it took to get up here to take this photograph really tires me out. I could never make it. I would have to go back to 1955 when I was 21 and in good shape and would still huff and puff I suppose.
Thanks for the kind compliment on my writing on my blog. I appreciate it a lot.

You know, I've been all over the world and nothing beats the Hawaii views and weather (I'm in Atlanta right now...) like I said nothing beats Hawaii.
Gorgeous. I love your photos!
