Three "bikes"

While waiting at the traffic light on the corner of University and King St., I noticed these three bikes, stripped of their part but still securely locked up on the sidewalk near Pucks Alley about a block from the University.

    I saw a photograph on Yahoo not too long ago of a scene something like the one you posted today. I wonder if the people who did this happened to see that?
