Saturday Afternoon @ Sandy Beach
right after i took this photo of the shore break the lifeguard with his bullhorn warned the family to move to higher ground everyone was safe and sound
Great shot Jamie! Really tells a story...can't believe those people in the wave....freaky-looking! EEEK! ;-) Say Hi to Nic if you talk to him...I'm sure we all miss him but are glad to have you to supply our Hawaii pix fix! =)
This is an amazing photo with the people inside the waves, others running toward shore, etc. Looks like a fun, happy scene that could turn tragic at any moment. I'm glad it didn't.
I like to have fun among waves like this..even if its dangerous as the sign says:)

Dangerous shorebreak indeed. We sometimes get the same sort of conditions on 'our' beach - I find it scary.

ReplyDeleteI am glad no one got hurt but I think they were fools to ignore the warning signs!
ReplyDeleteWow, what planet are they from that they would take their kids out there in November? They are pretty lucky...
